Teen Group Training Program

Take the leap and join our 4 week training program run by former professional athlete and Olympian Alex Almoukov.

Our 4-week programs are challenging but fun and run in the afternoons after school, applicants will take loads of positive social experience, gain much knowledge and enjoy themselves while training. This program is designed to significantly improve overall fitness, we strongly believe that this program is the most beneficial for young athletes as it will help to develop all components of fitness. During each session, Alex will supervise the group and spend time sharing his personal tips and experiences with them.

Where:          Outdoor sessions – Christison Park

Group Training Sessions will generally be provided at the following times: (In some cases the groups will be run together)

  • 9-14 year olds, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 4-5pm.
  • 14-18 year olds, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 5-6pm.
