Face-to-face sessions are usually held in the individual’s home, local parks or at DK Fitness Studio in Bondi Junction. Our personal training packages include one-on-one support from one of our professional coaches and a customised program built to suit their needs and fitness level.
Personal training is available for youths at any fitness level and with any fitness goal. Participants will receive one initial consultation and appraisal. The coach will then design a customised training program based on the individual’s needs and goals for maximum benefit and enjoyment and give them lots of encouragement along the way.
For example, a participant may want to lose weight, prepare for a competition or simply feel fitter and healthier. Their coach will work with them to break their goals down into manageable steps and help them achieve success.
