At Elite Fitness Institute, we believe that good health is about developing positive habits in both fitness and nutrition. Fitness training alone is great but when you take care of what you put into your body as well, the nutrients will boost your performance to the next level and beyond.

Our nutrition programs

To help you transform your health completely, we’ve added a personalised nutritional program that can be followed online anywhere, any time. Each program has been created by fully qualified dieticians and is completely personalised based on individual activity levels, nutritional goals, and age (pre-teen through to adult). The more information you provide, the more closely your meal-plan will reflect your needs and habits.

Your nutrition program will include:

  • A customised 7-day meal plan in PDF format that you can follow for 3-4 weeks. This will be sent to you via email or mobile application and can be downloaded for your future reference.
  • Complete ingredient lists, recipes and a shopping list to make your plan easy to follow.
  • Detailed nutritional information for each meal.
  • A handy guide to estimating portion sizes.
  • Gluten and soy-free meal plans plus a food substitution option to cater for all dietary needs or preferences.
  • Your Elite Fitness Institute coach can also provide specific recommendations based on your needs.

Each program is designed to be a one-off solution to meet your current goals and to enhance your fitness program.

If you’d like to change your food preferences, your coach can send you a private log in to our nutrition online portal. Here you’ll be able to access your personal nutrition program and track your progress. Your coach can also follow your progress and answer your questions along the way.
