Online training programs
8-week program:
This fitness program was created to enable participants to progress in all aspects of fitness. The weekly sessions can be followed at home or at a nearby gym. It is a great way to get into the routine of regular fitness training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
We believe that habits are formed at a young age and, once we create a habit of keeping fit, it will stay with us for life. We’ve designed the Basic program to help young athletes feel stronger, fitter and healthier. This program includes:
- 8-week fitness program.
- Video tutorials showing how to complete each exercise correctly.
- Options to upload progress photos.
- Individual logins to our member’s website and mobile app so participants can track their own results.
- In-app messaging and notifications.
The program focuses on:
- Creating healthy lifestyle habits.
- Developing motor skills.
- Strengthening and developing the body at a healthy rate.
- Improving aerobic capacity.
- Improving flexibility.
- Achieving an appropriate weight based on body type and age.
Standard:
In addition to the benefits offered in our 8-week online program, participants in our Standard program will receive:
- An initial 30-minute Skype call.
- Customised training program.
- Online support
Premium:
Our Premium program includes all the benefits of our Standard program with these added inclusions:
- An initial 45-minute Skype call.
- A 30-minute fortnightly Skype call.
- Nutritional advice
- Unlimited 24/7 online support
Our Standard and Premium online programs are much the same as our face-to-face Personal Training program except coaches and participants communicate online instead of in person.
